Silvia Sanchez

Silvia Sanchez has a diverse work experience in the field of design, specializing in user experience and visual design. Silvia started their career in 2003 as a Web Designer/Motion Graphics Artist at Berwyn Editorial. In 2004, they worked as a Graphic/Interaction Designer at NextNext Entertainment and then moved on to Kognito Interactive, where they served as a Lead Multimedia Designer until 2006. In 2007, Silvia joined the Academy of Art University as an e-Learning Web Designer, and eventually became the Supervisor of Instructional Design from 2008 to 2010. Silvia then joined Cengage Learning as a UX Designer and worked there until 2014. Since 2014, Silvia has been employed at Kognito Interactive as a UX/Visual Designer Lead.

Silvia Sanchez's education history began in 2000 when they attended The New School, where they pursued a certificate in Graphic Design. Silvia then went on to attend Pratt Institute from 2001 to 2002, where they completed a certificate in Computer Animation. In 2001, Silvia also enrolled at Borough of Manhattan Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Multimedia Design, which they completed in 2003. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, Silvia attended Hunter College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies.
