René Normann Christensen

René Normann Christensen is the current CEO of Kohberg Bakery Group. Prior to this, they served as the managing director/CEO of Plus Pack Group from January 2014 to May 2016. René was responsible for completing a turnaround of the company in two years, making it highly profitable. Before that, they served as vice-president of West Central Europe and Eastern Europe for Linpac Holding GmbH from March 2011 to December 2013. René was responsible for the region's sales of roughly EUR 160 million and 575 employees. Prior to that, they served as site manager for Schur Flexible Germany GmbH from August 2008 to February 2011. René also served as managing director for Amcor Flexibles Schüpbach AG from January 2000 to July 2008. Prior to that, they served as controller for Danisco Flexibles from November 1997 to December 1999. René also served as CEO of Glunz & Jensen Holding A/S from October 2016 to February 2019.

René Normann Christensen has an Executive Board Programme from Scandinavian Executive Institute/Insead, a Breakthrough Program For Senior Executives from IMD, a Bachlor in Finance from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, and a Bachelor in Business Finance & Administration from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. René also has a college degree in Finance from Horsens Handelsskole.
