Kim Dejonge

Director Of Operations, Ontario at Kohl & Frisch Limited

Kim DeJonge has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Kim has held various leadership positions in different companies.

Starting in 1981, DeJonge worked as an Industrial Engineer at Inglis Limited, where they supported the production management team and established new standards for productivity improvement.

Kim then joined Regal Greetings & Gifts in 1985, serving as a Manufacturing Plant Manager and later as the Director of Logistics Planning. In these roles, they managed manufacturing operations and implemented initiatives to increase inventory turns and reduce obsolescence.

DeJonge's next role was at Sandylion Sticker Designs, where they were the Director of Operations. Kim was responsible for supply chain planning, inventory control, and implementing a new ERP system and paperless picking system.

From 2006 to 2008, DeJonge worked as the Director of Operations at Olympus Canada Inc, overseeing customer service, inventory control, purchasing, and facilities. Kim also led the successful renovation of the company's head office.

In 2008, DeJonge joined FutureMed Health Care Products as a Supply Chain Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies to improve the customer experience and achieved high fill rates and shipping accuracy.

Kim then held roles at Collectables Direct Inc. and BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited, where they served as the Director of Operations and Purchasing, responsible for managing operations and expanding the company's product offerings.

Most recently, DeJonge worked at Kohl & Frisch Limited, first as the Manager of Toronto & Montreal Distribution Centres and later as the Director of Operations, Ontario. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all operations, including the merger with Amerisource Bergen Canada and the startup of the Costco Canada account.

Kim DeJonge attended Ryerson University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
