Bartlett Harwood IV

Mr. Harwood joined Kohlberg & Company in 2014 and was named a Vice President in 2018.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harwood was with H.I.G. Capital. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the board of directors of Area Wide Protective, EN Engineering, GPRS, Nellson and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery.

Mr. Harwood received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
