Anmol Sanjay Deshmukh, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering design within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Rehlko, Anmol leads the implementation and expansion of a Manufacturing Execution System to enhance Smart Factory capabilities. Previous roles include Senior R&D Design Engineer at Bosch Rexroth, where Anmol managed full project lifecycles and conducted root cause analyses, and various positions at Mack Trucks, Volvo Group, Larsen & Toubro, Cummins Inc., and Tata Motors, focusing on manufacturing optimization and design engineering. Anmol holds a Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
