Mike Gartman

Mike Gartman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management within global data centers. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Rehlko since September 2024, Mike previously held the same title at Kohler Co. from June 2015 to September 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining monthly metrics, assisting in data analysis, and supporting new product development. Prior to Kohler, Mike worked as an Inventory Analyst at Menards, focusing on optimizing inventory flow and forecasting, and held several roles including Manager Trainee and Sales Team Member. Mike began a career in management and customer-focused roles while studying at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance was earned in 2014.
