Alba Bayona

Alba Bayona is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in industrial design and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Design Studio UK at Kohler Mira Ltd. since June 2024, Alba previously held the position of Head of Industrial Design at Kingfisher plc, where responsibilities included overseeing design for kitchens, workwear, footwear, and plants, while emphasizing sustainability and innovation. With a solid foundation in product development and a strong commitment to sustainable design practices, Alba has contributed to initiatives such as the YSIP program by UN Global Compact and has led numerous design projects from concept to mass production. Educationally, Alba holds a degree in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design from Universitat Jaume I, completed in 2010.
