Lenaik Andrieux

Lenaik Andrieux has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lenaik is currently serving as the General Manager - Power Systems EMEA India Australia and President of SDMO Holding at KOHLER Power Systems EMEA. Lenaik will soon become the President of KOHLER-SOREEL. In 2022, they worked as the General Manager Global Marine at Kohler Co. and also served as a Gimelec General Executive Committee member at GIMELEC. In 2019, they were the President of GIGREL. Prior to that, they had a long-standing career at Caterpillar Inc., where they held several managerial positions, including General Manager in various divisions such as Large Electric Power, Investor Projects, Retail, and NPI Program Manager, among others. Before joining Caterpillar Inc., they worked as a Global Account Manager at SDMO industries.

Lenaik Andrieux completed the Caterpillar Executive Program - Digging Deep at Duke University in 2016. Prior to that, they attended IMD and obtained a degree in Orchestrating Winning Performance in 2003. Lenaik also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics from Polytech Nantes in 1997. Additionally, Lenaik Andrieux earned a Diplome Etudes Appliquees in Power Electronics from Nantes Université in the same year.
