Kate Shaw

Kate Shaw is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Kohler Co. since April 2024, Kate previously held multiple leadership roles at Nationwide Building Society from October 2009 to November 2023, including Head of Internal Communications, where responsibilities included leading a team of approximately 42 colleagues and engaging 18,000 employees.
