Klayton Brugger

Klayton Brugger currently serves as a Senior Maintenance Planner for Kohler Co. since June 2022, utilizing extensive experience from a distinguished career with the US Navy from July 2011 to June 2022. In the Navy, Klayton held various positions including Ship Superintendent, overseeing complex maintenance for submarines, and Nuclear Machinist Mate, where responsibilities included leading the #1 Engineroom aboard USS Gerald R. Ford. As Drill Team Coordinator, Klayton created drill guides and trained personnel in responding to propulsion plant emergencies. Additionally, Klayton acted as Workcenter Supervisor, where planning and execution of preventative maintenance in a Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plant were key responsibilities. Klayton's education includes training at Nuclear Power School and the Nuclear Power Training Unit S8G, with ongoing studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay since September 2023.
