Ramon Gonzalez

Ramon Gonzalez is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain for North America at Kohler Co. since January 2024, Ramon previously held multiple director positions at Kohler Co. from 2019 to 2023, focusing on global supply chain management for faucets, metals, glass, and wood. Prior to Kohler, Ramon was the Director of Global Supply Chain at Varroc Lighting Systems and held various supply chain leadership roles at Automotive Lighting and Flextronics. Ramon's career began at Lucent Technologies, where foundational roles in logistics and distribution were established. Ramon earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Universidad de Guadalajara from 1995 to 1999.
