Prior roles include Managing Director for India and Sub-Saharan Africa, Business Head at HT Media Ltd, President at Timex Watches Ltd, Director at Whirlpool of India, and Brand Manager at Gillette. Salil holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
