Donghyun Lee

Donghyun Lee is a Human Resources Advisor for the South Region at Kohl's since July 2025, bringing substantial experience in HR and workforce planning. Previously, Donghyun served as a Senior Analyst on the Global Headcount Planning Team at The AES Corporation, where responsibilities included collaborating with HR Business Partners and analyzing budget forecasts while supporting global HR systems. Donghyun also worked as a Digital HR Analyst, managing projects and maintaining access to HR systems. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Associate position at ODK Media, Inc., which involved managing content for digital platforms and executing marketing campaigns, and a Public Relations Intern role at Camp Kindness Counts, focusing on outreach and promotional strategies. Donghyun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Informatics from the University of Washington.
