Doug Wilcox

Doug Wilcox has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management, having served as Manager of Benefits & Compensation at ShopKo Stores, Inc. from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, Doug was Assistant Vice President (Trust) at M&I Bank from 1991 to 1994, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and directing trust company resources for retirement plans. Most recently, Doug held multiple roles at Kohl's Department Stores, including Senior Manager of Financial and Voluntary Benefits, Director of Compensation & Relocation, and Director of Benefits. Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University between 1982 and 1986.
