Douglas Parker

Douglas Parker has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Kohl's since June 2018. Prior to this role, Douglas was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Target, where responsibilities included supervising daily HR operations and ensuring staffing adequacy. Douglas's career began at Chevron as a Human Resources Assistant, focused on Learning and Development. Academically, Douglas holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University and two Bachelor's degrees—one in Human Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and another in Administration and Management from Fayetteville State University.
