MacKenzie Connors has extensive experience in business intelligence and product management, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence Engineering - Enterprise Data & Analytics at Kohl's since November 2017. Previously, MacKenzie held multiple titles at Capital One from July 2011 to June 2017, including Manager of Business Analysis & Digital Product Management, where leadership of a hybrid analytics and technology team was demonstrated, significantly impacting a business with 67 million accounts and generating substantial annual revenues.
