Nathan Fischer

Nathan Fischer has extensive experience in technical support and engineering management, currently serving as Manager of Reliability Engineering at Kohl's since December 2015. Nathan has a track record of improving service delivery by effectively coordinating between developers, engineers, and customers while establishing team goals aligned with company objectives. Previous roles include Print Systems Administrator at Xerox, where Nathan managed print servers, and Desktop Technician, where Nathan designed quality assurance processes that significantly reduced service escalations. With a diverse background that includes web design, scheduling coordination, and inventory management, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Classical Languages from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
