Thad Craft

Thad Craft is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product leadership. Currently serving as the Director, Product Leader at Kohl's since October 2020, Thad is responsible for a Kubernetes-based developer platform that enhances the developer experience through various services and tooling. Prior roles at Kohl's include Principal Software Engineer, where Thad led technical teams in the creation of an internal payment platform, and Senior Software Engineering Manager, overseeing the Developer Advocacy practice. Thad's career spans additional positions at VMware and Pivotal as a Senior Solutions Architect, where expertise in automation and cloud deployment was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes roles at State Farm as a Lead Developer and Purdue University as a Web Developer. Thad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
