Joe Walls

Joe Walls has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and operations industries since 2006. Joe began their career at Connexion Technologies as a Financial Analyst, where they provided FP&A support for the holding company and subsidiaries. Joe then joined Woolard Financial Management as a CFO Advisor, developing solutions for C-Suite level business issues. After this, Joe worked as a Consultant and Intern at MBA Engagements and then as an M&A Advisory at PwC and Deloitte. In 2008, they joined Optimal Technologies as a Financial Analyst, managing financial models, cash flow projections, investor reporting packages, and executive dashboards. In 2015, Joe became COO & CFO at CC Wellness, where they developed a great culture focused on performance, grew the Amazon brand to the #1 highest sold in the category, launched four brands, and streamlined the supply chain. In 2020, Joe became the CEO of Soundcast, and in 2021, they took on the role of VP of Operations at Koia, where they are responsible for ensuring the highest quality goods are delivered to the consumer, minimizing disruptions in the supply chain, and maximizing the team's ability to solve problems and grow their careers.

Joe Walls completed their MBA in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In April 2013, they also obtained the SPIN Selling® certification from Huthwaite®.
