D. Andrew Lewis

D. Andrew Lewis, DDS, FAGD, is a distinguished dentist and owner of D. Andrew Lewis, DDS, FAGD, PLLC, specializing in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry since January 2002. With extensive training and over 243 hours in advanced restorative dentistry, D. Andrew Lewis also serves as a mentor and peer reviewer at the Kois Center, contributes to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry by supporting victims of domestic abuse, and volunteers with the Seattle King County Dental Society. D. Andrew Lewis is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has a comprehensive educational background, including a DDS from the University of Michigan, a BS in Biology from the University of Washington, and an AEGD from the United States Navy.
