Andreas Engberg

Andreas Engberg is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at KOKO since June 2021, with the establishment set to open in spring 2022. Previously, Andreas held the position of Head Chef at LPM restaurant & bar from January 2020 to June 2021, and at both Bob Bob Ricard and Bob Bob Cité from September 2018 to December 2019. Prior roles include Head Chef at The Olympic Studios from August 2013 to September 2018, Garnier from June 2012 to July 2013, and a Sous Chef at The Arts Club from September 2011 to June 2012. Andreas began culinary career as a Sous Chef at Racine, serving from September 2005 to September 2011.
