Raphaelle Covilette

Raphaelle Covilette has a diverse work experience. In 2010, they began their career as an IS strategy consultant at Accenture. In 2011, they moved to Michael Page International as an HR consultant. In 2012, they joined Robert Walters as a Senior HR consultant. Finally, in 2014, they founded Kokoroe, a HRTech startup, where they currently serve as CEO and Cofounder.

Raphaelle Covilette attended ESCP Business School from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Master Stratégie et Pilotage des opérations. Prior to that, they attended University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master Economie Gestion.
