Swapnil Shete

Swapnil Shete is an accomplished packaging professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Manager of R&D Packaging at Kokuyo Camlin Ltd. since May 2014. With a strong background in packaging innovation, Swapnil has driven the development of packaging solutions, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and cost savings. Key achievements include transitioning aluminum tubes to lami tubes for improved product durability and implementing an Artwork Management system that streamlined processes. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Efficient Engineering, where critical project management and quality analysis were conducted. Swapnil holds a P.G. Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
