Cynthia Linclau

Cynthia Linclau is an experienced professional in the field of packaging development, currently serving as the R&D Packaging Development Manager and R&D Packaging Developer at Lotus Bakeries since May 2015. In addition to this role, Cynthia has been a Guest Professor at Universiteit Gent since September 2022, contributing to the Sustainable Food Packaging course and aiming to inspire students to pursue careers in packaging. Previous experience includes positions as Account Manager at Quatre Mains, Sr Product Developer Packaging at Alpro Comm VA, and packaging designer at SCA Packaging, where leadership and project management skills were honed. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design and has completed education in Food Packaging.
