Kol HaNearim aims to provide care for some of the most vulnerable members of society: orphans and children at-risk. The vision is to help these special children develop from receivers to givers and see to it that these children have the tools and support to break the cycle of distress, enabling them to start their own families and lead happy, healthy, and successful lives.
