Özgür Berçin

Özgür Berçin is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategy & Growth Director at Kolay Gelsin since 2016, Özgür previously held roles as the Strategy & Organizational Development Director at Aras Kargo and as a manager at Turk Telekom, where responsibilities included strategy execution and process improvement. Özgür's earlier career featured key positions at IBF International Consulting and FORCE Technology/S&Q Mart A.S., culminating with a foundational role as an Industrial Engineer at Grundig. An accomplished academic, Özgür earned a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Marmara University and Bilkent University, respectively.
