Kathy Kolbe

Kathy Kolbe has a diverse and accomplished work history. Kathy founded Dynamynd, Inc. in 1986 and served as the CEO, focusing on product development and implementing the Kolbe Theory to improve health and education. Prior to that, they co-founded Kolbe Corp in 1975 and held multiple roles including Chairperson of the Board. Kathy was responsible for publishing Kolbe Wisdom materials, providing training on Kolbe Theory, and certifying professional Kolbe Certified Consultants. Additionally, they served as the CEO of Kolbe Corp from November 1975 to October 2005. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Kathy worked as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Illinois from 1970 to 1972.

Kathy Kolbe attended Northwestern University from 1957 to 1961, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
