Stephanie Clergé has a diverse work experience, with roles in leadership development, coaching, and human resources. Stephanie began their career at Intel Corporation, where they held multiple positions, including Human Resources Cultural Transformation Program Manager and Mfg Systems Group Leader. In these roles, they supported leaders in transforming organizational cultures, managed workforce planning and manufacturing readiness, and supervised production teams. Stephanie also worked at Kolbe Corp as the VP of People and Product Development, focusing on identifying and applying instinctive strengths in human behavior. Stephanie was also a Leadership Coach & Facilitator at StrengthsPRO, where they specialized in transforming managers into leaders and developing engaged leaders for non-profits and companies. Additionally, they served as a Coach and Facilitator at Leadership Choice and as a Leadership Search Director at Y Scouts, a purpose-based leadership search firm. Overall, Stephanie has a strong background in leadership development, coaching, and facilitating organizational transformations.

Stephanie Clergé earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Stephanie later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Entrepreneurship at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, studying from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie obtained certifications including the Kolbe Youth Specialist™ Accreditation from Dynamynd, Inc. in July 2018, and the Hudson Coach Certification Program from Hudson Institute of Coaching in December 2011.
