Jim Frame

Jim Frame has extensive work experience in engineering management. Jim started their career as an Engineering Manager at AROW Global Corp. from February 2011 to February 2016. Jim then joined Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope as an Engineering Manager from February 2016 to January 2018. After that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at AROW Global Corp. again from January 2018 to March 2020. From March 2020 to June 2022, they were an Engineering Manager at WB Manufacturing (Wisconsin Bench). Currently, they hold the position of Director - Research & Development at Kolbe Windows & Doors, starting from July 2022.

Jim Frame attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Product Development.
