Kelly Winchell is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in product development, project management, and innovation across various industries, including manufacturing and medical devices. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager - Ideation & Technology at Kolbe Windows & Doors since April 2019, Kelly has also held roles such as Strategic Research Engineer and Project Engineer at Ki Mobility and Lemke Industrial Machine LLC, respectively. Previous positions include Senior Account Manager and Project Manager at Applied Laser Technologies, Design Engineer at BCI Burke Company, and Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Kohler Co.
