Mike Downey

Mike Downey's work experience includes serving as the VP Finance at Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc. since 2017. Previously, they held the role of VP Finance / Controller at Ignite USA - a Newell Brands Company from 2002 to 2016, where they managed all accounting and finance activities. Before that, Mike was the Controller at Fullaudio.com from 2001 to 2002 and at Ethnicgrocer.com from 1999 to 2001. Mike Downey attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In November 1994, they also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant.
