Christian Stephan Retzlaff is a highly experienced professional in the game art industry, currently serving as Studio Art Director at Kolibri Games since November 2023, where responsibilities include creating artistic game visions and ensuring consistency across projects. As the Founder and CEO of GameArtBrain since 2017, Christian has built a competent team that produces assets for notable clients like Social Point and Gungho. Previous roles include teaching Game Art as a Professor at HMKW University and working as an Art Director for multiple mobile games, such as "Hemp Paradise" and "The Goldbergs: Back to the 80s." With a strong educational background in Animation from Filmuniversität Babelsberg and additional training in game art, Christian has dedicated a significant part of career to fostering artistic talent and delivering high-quality game visuals.
