Guillaume Verlinden is the current Managing Director at Kolibri Games. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Products at Tilting Point from August 2019 to May 2021. Guillaume was also previously with Social Point from October 2014 to August 2019, where they served as the VP Product.
Verlinden has been a member of several steering committees, including the Company Leadership Team and Games Committee. Guillaume has also achieved strong YoY growth in both titles thanks to improvements in IAP and Advertising revenue streams.
Some of their main responsibilities involve defining the game strategy and the high-level roadmap, combining in-game actions to maximize KPIs (Monetization, Retention, Engagement) and external initiatives to increase visibility and audience size (User Acquisition, launch on new platforms…). Guillaume also sets a strong focus on players’ experience analysis and direct feedback to take better business decisions (millions MAUs, 20M+ FB fans, 600k+ Youtube followers).
Guillaume Verlinden has a Msc2 from emlyon business school and a certification from LinkedIn in Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader. Guillaume also has a certification from LinkedIn in Executive Leadership and a certification from LinkedIn in Developing Executive Presence. In addition, they have a certification from LinkedIn in Stepping Up to Leadership and a certification from Dynamo Partners in ASO Workshop.
