César Justo

César Justo is an experienced environmental consultant specializing in nature-based solutions and climate change projects. Currently serving as a Nature-Based Solutions Consultant at Kolibri since May 2022, César has successfully led consultancy projects and engaged with various stakeholders for restoration and conservation initiatives. With a background in freelance consultancy since March 2016 and previous roles in organizations such as Asesoramiento Ambiental Estratégico and the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries, César has conducted environmental and social assessments, identified risks, and developed project proposals. César holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and a Technical degree in Resource Management and Sustainable Development from Universidad de la República.
