Ashok Nare

Ashok Nare has over 25 years of experience in the technology and consulting industries. Ashok began their career in 1995 as a Systems Analyst/Programmer for Kiewit Construction Group. In 1997, they worked as a Consulting Engineer for Object Design (currently Progress Software). Ashok then joined CGI (formerly Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems) in 1999 as a Technical Consultant. In 2000, they returned to Intelliun Corporation as a Technical Lead/Software Architect. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at CitiFinancial Mortgage as a Software Consultant/Technical Lead. From 2010 to 2015, they were employed at Octo Consulting Group as the Chief Technology Officer and Principal/Director of Technology Solutions. Most recently, they have been the Founder & CEO of Kollabio, Inc. since 2015. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they applied Rough Sets Theory to part family and machine cell formation problem of cellular manufacturing systems and developed an algorithm for identifying part families in the absence of complete information about parts and machine attributes. Ashok also created a Simulated Annealing algorithm to optimize the process of part family and machine cell formation of a cellular manufacturing system.

Ashok Nare obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University from 1987 to 1991. Ashok then went on to pursue a Master's in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1992 to 1995. In 2019, they obtained their Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. and in 2020, they obtained their Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from the same institution.
