Matt Fox

Matt Fox is an experienced professional in customer success, operations, and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Strategy at Kolleno since September 2024, where the focus is on expediting cash recovery for businesses. Previously, Matt held multiple leadership roles at Clarity® HQ, including Head of Operations and Partnerships, and was instrumental in scaling the business through client acquisition and member satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Sales Account Manager at Pixie, Account Manager and Practice Software Specialist at Practice Ignition, and Partner Consultant at Xero. Matt began the career as a Senior Accountant at Eagle Financial Business Accountants and Financial Accountant at Walker Wayland NSW Sydney. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New England and completed secondary education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
