Mason Byers

Mason Byers has a strong background in human resources. Mason began their career in 2005 at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from March 2005 to October 2006. Mason then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Coach from October 2006 to August 2008.

In August 2008, Mason joined Lowe's RDC 1449 as a Human Resources Coach. During their time there, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with company guidelines in areas such as recruitment, employment, payroll, and benefit programs. Mason also maintained personnel files and records and ensured timely payroll administration for new employees. Additionally, Mason played a key role in promoting safety, recognition, and EOS goals within the facility.

In September 2013, Mason joined HK Kolmar USA as a Human Resources Manager.

Mason Byers completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Villanova University Online HR Management Program in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in General Studies from Glastonbury High School, which they attended from 1996 to 1999.
