Andrii Shevchenko

Andrii Shevchenko is an accomplished Transformation Program Manager and Organizational Coaching Service Manager at MacPaw since March 2019, driving the effectiveness of organizational coaching services. Concurrently, Andrii serves as a Volunteer and Patron for KOLO, supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine through technological advancements. With experience as an Organizational Coach at agiledrive, Andrii has aided various clients, including Vodafone and OTP Bank, in adopting agile methodologies. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Tobii and Senior Scrum Master at SimCorp, where Andrii significantly improved team performance and product quality. Andrii's academic background includes a Master's degree in Mathematics and a PhD candidacy in Computer Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
