Karie Wohlgemuth (Greider) has a long and varied work experience. Karie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at KOLOGIK, a position they have held since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for leading teams with a focus on Customer Experience to ensure successful implementations, training and ongoing support. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Senior Director of Customer Marketing at Everbridge, where they created the Customer Marketing program to focus on the Customer Journey. Karie also implemented a formal Customer Reference Program, Review Site Strategy and Case Study Programs, and planned and coordinated Customer User Groups and Custom Experience Events. From 2006 to 2019, Karie held various positions at NC4, including VP of Support Center Operations and VP of Corporate Marketing. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Director of Client Services at The ESP Group, LLC, where they oversaw a team of Client Services representatives who supported Federal Government customers in the Washington DC Metro area. From 1999 to 2000, they were the Training Manager at the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University, where they were responsible for user training on secure software applications.
Karie Wohlgemuth (Greider) obtained a BS in Advertising from Murray State University. Karie also holds a certification in Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy, which they obtained in December 2021.
