Hwansung Yu

Hwansung Yu is the Head of DX at Kolon Industries, Inc. since June 2024 and previously served as Data Team Manager at musinsa from December 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included team building and establishing enterprise data analysis standards. Prior to musinsa, Hwansung held roles such as PPMC at The Apache Software Foundation and Data Engineer at SK Telecom, focusing on ETL for recommendation systems and user behavior data modeling. Additionally, as a Software Engineer at Kakao Corp from January 2011 to July 2018, Hwansung contributed to the Data Platform Team, developing and operating an event server for high-volume user activity log collection. Hwansung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Seoul, attained in 2011.
