Ashish Chauhan has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Ashish started their career in 2018 as an International Volunteer for the Badminton Association of India. In 2019, they worked as a Site Engineer at Tata Group, where they were responsible for coordinating pre-construction stages and contributing to project drawings and designs. From 2020 to 2021, Ashish worked as an Associate Recruiter at Infosoft, Inc., where they specialized in talent acquisition, recruitment, and client management. In 2021, they joined Tanisha Systems, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and played a key role in candidate generation, cold calling, and interview scheduling. In 2022, Ashish moved to Zodiac Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they handled full life cycle recruiting and collaborated with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. Currently, they work at KBS Solutions LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
