Dharmaraja Nachimuthu

Dharmaraja Nachimuthu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Dharmaraja started their career as a System Administrator at Sara Systems - India from 2003 to 2005. Dharmaraja then worked as a Software Engineer at Pudhumai Technologies from 2005 to 2009, where they were responsible for coding, front-end design, code review, and maintenance.

After a break, Dharmaraja returned to the workforce as a US IT Recruiter at Mind Associates (A Subsidiary of Nallas Corporation) from 2016 to 2018. Dharmaraja gained expertise in US staffing and recruiting, particularly in placing H1B consultants, US Citizens, and Green Card holders.

From 2018 to 2019, Dharmaraja worked as a Sr.Technical Recruiter at Siri, focusing on the full US recruitment life cycle, recruiting professionals for various employment types, and utilizing different sourcing methods.

In 2019, they joined 9to9 Software Solutions LLC as a Sr.Technical Recruiter, where they contributed to delivering flexible IT solutions and driving success for client businesses through IT expertise and business process improvements.

Currently, Dharmaraja is working at KBS Solutions LLC as a Sr.Technical Recruiter at Kolor Blue LLC, providing IT solutions and services, including e-commerce solutions for B2B and B2C businesses. Dharmaraja collaborates closely with clients to develop genuine and proven solutions that help them achieve their goals.

Dharmaraja Nachimuthu completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Annamalai University, between the years 1996 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, from 2001 to 2003.
