Neha B. has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Neha began their career at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Team Lead Recruitment. During this time, they built a candidate database, screened candidates, maintained relationships with recruiters and vendors, and sourced consultants using job portals.

In 2013, Neha joined OKAYA Inc. as a Sr Recruitment Lead. Neha was responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery operations, catering to a wide spectrum of domains and fulfilling IT staff augmentation and talent acquisition needs for various MSP IT clients.

In 2014, Neha joined Samiti Technology Inc as an Information Technology Recruitment Manager. Here, they managed end-to-end recruitment delivery operations, evaluating training needs and providing training to new hires and existing employees. Neha also focused on recruitment at all levels and utilized best practices and procedures to serve MSP IT client requirements.

From 2015 to 2020, Neha worked at IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. Recruitment Manager for IT Services. Neha handled the end-to-end recruitment process for MSP IT and non-IT clients and covered various areas of technology recruitment.

Neha's most recent position is as a Sr Recruitment Head for IT Services at KBS Solutions LLC, starting in 2020. Here, they focus on helping recruitment professionals and fulfilling client needs through delivering high levels of service and knowledge. Neha takes care of the complete recruitment cycle, including screening, pre-screening, and background checks.

Neha B. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Science from Punjab University, from 2005 to 2008. Neha then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from LPU, from 2008 to 2010.
