Sharmila Banu

Sharmila Banu has worked at KBS Solutions LLC as a Senior Human Resource Executive / Client Engagement since March 2019. In this role, they have been responsible for talent acquisition, client engagement, delivery processes, end-to-end recruitment cycle, executive processes, staffing processes, selection processes, and handling different job portals. Sharmila has also been involved in HR onboarding, client handling, and documentation.

Before joining KBS Solutions LLC, Sharmila worked at SDROPS Solutions India Pvt Ltd as an HR Recruiter from December 2016 to February 2019. In this role, they were engaged in client engagement, delivery processes, and various HR functions, including interviewing, sourcing, shortlisting, and selecting candidates for IT, non-IT, and US requirements.

Sharmila Banu pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College. Sharmila attended the college from 2014 to 2016, specializing in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
