Hiram Congo has worked in various roles since 2011. Hiram began their career at Mapfre as a Líder Suscriptor in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Volaris as a Revenue Management Specialist. In 2018, they became the Revenue & Pricing Manager at Busolinea. In 2019, they worked as a Consultor precios, inventarios y proyección de demanda. Currently, they are a Revenue & Pricing Manager at Kolors.

Hiram Congo attended Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México from 2004 to 2009, graduating with a degree in Actuario.
