Liliana Bautista has a decade of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and customer service. Liliana began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Mexico at General Motors. In 2010, they joined Quala de Mexico as a Specialist of Advertising & Packaging material, where they managed advertising materials for corporate brands and negotiated commercial launches for campaigns. In 2011, they moved to La Fageda as a Market Research & Marketing. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at 2M Marketing Mexico, where they developed marketing and communication strategies to increase sales and profitable launching of new products. In 2016, they joined Reservamos as an E-commerce Specialist, where they developed digital marketing strategies, managed and executed paid search and display campaigns, and optimized SEO. In 2018, they became the Marketing CRM Supervisor at SEPHORA. In 2019, they were the Head of Digital Marketing at Gurú de Viaje. Currently, they are the Digital Marketing Director at Kolors.
Liliana Bautista has a diverse education history. Liliana obtained a Certification in Advertising from the University of Toronto in 2015. In 2012, they earned a Master in Management and Marketing Direction from the Universitat de Barcelona. Liliana also obtained a Diploma in Marketing Strategies from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2011. Finally, they received a degree in International Commerce from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2005. This degree included courses in English, French, Commercial Strategy, Negotiation, and Project Evaluation.
