Fred Pfister

Fred Pfister is a seasoned homebuilding executive with a robust background in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as Communities Director for The Kolter Group since March 2023, Fred Pfister previously held various leadership positions at Toll Brothers, including Division President from July 2005 to November 2022. Fred Pfister's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Sr. Vice President of Operations, Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Asst. Project Manager. Additionally, Fred Pfister was the 2021 President of the Gold Coast Builders Association and served as a Director within the organization. Earlier in Fred Pfister's career, a role as a Realtor at Remax Professional Partners was undertaken from 2003 to 2005. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree from Johnson & Wales University and a high school diploma from Olympic Heights Community High School.
