Emily Bayliss currently serves as the Head of Public Tenders & B2C Business Development and Grant Manager at Koltiva, focusing on sustainable agriculture and supporting smallholder farmers. Previous experience includes a role as a Sustainable Supply Chains Intern at PlanB, contributing to deforestation reduction projects in Indonesia, and Project Coordinator at Tetra Tech, managing multiple high-value programs in areas such as clean energy and urban economic development. Emily has also worked as a Sustainability Consultant with Consciam Limited and SUSTAINVALUE LTD, developing environmental policies and impact assessments. Earlier experience includes contributions to the United Nations COVID-19 Response Fund and community development initiatives in Indonesia. Emily holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.
