Previously, Ria held key positions including Chief of Staff at Eurokars Group Indonesia, enhancing operations in the luxury automotive market, and Vice President, Group Head of Human Resources at Kanmo Retail Group. With foundational roles in global HR management at Sophie Paris and ECCO Shoes, along with substantial experience at EY and Arthur Andersen & Co., Ria's extensive background is supported by a Bachelor's degree from Edith Cowan University and various educational achievements.
