Peter Salditt

Peter Salditt is the current President of Underground and Hard Rock Mining at Komatsu Mining Corporation. Peter has been in this role since August of 2014. Prior to their current position, Mr. Salditt served as the President of the Underground Segment at JoyGlobal from September of 2008 to July of 2014. From July of 1992 to June of 1995, they were Regional Sales Manager at Eickhoff Corp in Pittsburgh, USA. In September of 1995, they began their career at Atlas Copco where they held multiple roles in Seattle, WA; Sydney, Australia; Örebro, Sweden; Denver, Colorado; and Paris, France before being promoted to Division President of Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions in September of 2008.

Peter Salditt has a B.S. and M.S. in mineral engineering from University of California, Berkeley. Peter also has a TIO from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.

They are on a team with David Bazzi - President & MD, Komatsu Italia Manufacturing, Kiyoshi Mizuhara - President, Construction Equipment Marketing Division & Director, and Takayuki Furukoshi - Osaka Plant Manager, Production Division. Their manager is Hiroyuki Ogawa, President, CEO & Representative Director.
